Triple Chasm
The Triple Chasm Company runs programmes within the Health Innovation Network utilising the Triple Chasm Model ‘TCM’ to help innovative companies/ventures achieve successful commercialisation.
The TCM framework supports companies/ventures in helping them understand where they are on the commercialisation journey and what they need to prioritise at each stage. This has resulted from over 10 years research into ~3,000 products/services going to market and gives a thorough understanding of the commercialisation journey.
Some key points of the programme are:
- Commercialisation Maturity: The companies/ventures are introduced to the Commercialisation Readiness Level ‘CRL’ and assess their product/service based on this against benchmarked data from the research.
- 3 Chasms: There are critical points where the ventures need more support to ensure commercialisation success.
- Key factors: The 12 key drivers of growth
The TCM provides tools and services that are designed to support commercialisation ambitions.
