HI NENC launches Innovation Design Service
Health Innovation North East North Cumbria (HI NENC) recently launched their Innovation Design Service (IDS), which delivers facilitated sessions to support clinical teams, businesses, and operational teams to rapidly discover innovative ideas to solve challenges within their organisations.
The IDS brings together designed-based thinking, service redesign and quality improvement. Each project is tailored to address the problem presented, with collaborative rapid discovery sessions and tailored follow up and next steps to improve outcomes.
